As the head of the company, Vincent leads with passion and dedication, instilling a deep sense of sincerity and service excellence in every member of the team. His belief is simple yet powerful: every family deserves to be served with a genuine heart.

Funeral Director, Ceremony Specialist & Grief Support

With over 15 years of experience in Taiwan’s funeral industry, Chang Sheng Hsien is known for his calm presence, cultural insight, and genuine care. His work spans comprehensive ceremony planning, grief counselling, and guiding families through traditional rites with clarity and compassion.

Previously a Director at a publicly listed company, Chang brings strong leadership and composure to his role. Today, he uses those strengths to support families with precision, ensuring every farewell is meaningful and respectful.

To Chang, this isn’t just a job, it’s a calling. He believes that every ceremony is a final act of love, and treats each one with deep sincerity. Whether supporting emotional healing or honouring heritage, he serves with empathy and purpose.

Chang’s vision is to elevate funeral services by combining professional planning with emotional care. He hopes to build a team of like-minded professionals dedicated to helping families find peace and closure.

Guided by the principle “Respect life, honour every detail,” Chang believes that even in sorrow, there is strength, and that through heartfelt service, healing can begin.

Operations Manager

John Pang brings over seven years of hands-on experience in the funeral industry to his role as Operations Manager at ALG. Steady and dependable, John is the quiet force behind the scenes, ensuring every funeral is carried out with dignity, efficiency, and deep cultural respect.

From managing logistics and manpower to coordinating religious rites and working closely with families, temples, and service partners, John plays a central role in making each farewell as smooth and meaningful as possible.

Calm under pressure and attentive to every detail, John leads by example. Colleagues and clients alike know him as someone who brings a composed presence and a genuine sense of care to every situation—no matter how complex or emotional.

For John, this work is more than a profession.

With a solid grounding in both Buddhist and Taoist funeral practices, John continues to uphold ALG’s mission of quality service with compassion—one family at a time.

Ng Jie Yi is a dedicated Funeral Director in Singapore, serving families with compassion and dignity in their time of need. Since stepping into the funeral services industry, Jie Yi has taken on the important responsibility of guiding grieving families through one of life’s most emotional journeys.

In 2023, she embraced the role of funeral emcee, where her calm presence and heartfelt delivery have touched the lives of many. Her ability to connect with families and narrate the legacy of the deceased has made each ceremony more meaningful and personal.

Driven by a strong perfectionist mindset, Jie Yi believes that every farewell should be a respectful and memorable celebration of life. Her motivation stems from the impact she creates—being able to touch the hearts of the bereaved and give their loved ones a dignified send-off.

Outside of work, Jie Yi treasures time with her family. She finds strength in emotional connection and believes that family is at the heart of everything she does. She also aspires toward financial freedom, with the long-term dream of growing both personally and professionally within the funeral service sector.
